With 13.1-RELEASE not yet released …

* the second of the four pull-down menus defaults to 
  FreeBSD 13.0-RELEASE and Ports

* the footer suggests using a URL that is similarly inconsistent. 

Please have the menu and footer prepared for release. Thanks.
