The _country_ code is DK, but the _language_ code for Danish is "da".
The _language_ code for Afrikaans is "af". The _country_ code for South
Africa is ZA. (Afrikaans is also spoken in Namibia/NA, and Xhosa (xh),
Zulu (zu), Setswana (tn), Sesotho (st), and other languages are also
predominantly spoken in South Africa.)
