I have a 3.4 system I'm keeping up to date with cvsup. What is the best way to keep ip-filter up to date? Will cvsup keep the source in /usr/src/contrib/ipfilter up to date? If so, how far does it lag behind Darren's releases of ip-filter? If I wanted to be using the most current version of ip-filter, is it as simple as untarring the tarball into usr/src/contrib/ipfilter?
