Further optimization in rc.d:
splitting non-networking DAEMON (eg. moused)

Critical issue in rcexecr:
stop_boot (in /etc/rc.subr) doesn't stop rcexecr
it might need a check before involving /usr/local/etc/rc.d/*,
or just kill child processes?
