Here it's a data subsciption which in combination with a voice
subscription is a additional 50%, or if data only, the same as a voice
subscription.

I'm currently connected with 3 channels downstream, and one upstream,
the transfer rate is good, but the delay is still a bit too high - about
600 ms rtd ...
