I already realized that there is no way we can disable inetd completely
until telnet can have a guaranteed replacement, like ssh.  =)

When RSAREF becomes public domain (or whatever), that's a likely time
when we can lock down inetd by default.  In the meantime, there's
nothing preventing us from working on any other issues that might
prevent this from happening.
