Hi!

Does the 3Com also hooks up to IRQ 12?
Lots of old 486 mobo do not free the IRQ 12 even if no PS/2 mouse is
present and switched off in BIOS.

Also lots of the "el cheapo" clone cards are low mechanical quality...
