When the RELENG_4 branch was created, the file was in version 1.1.1.1,
when the RELENG_4 version was changed the first time, it was 1.1.1.2.1,
when you just changed it, it was 1.1.1.2.2...
Compare this with the "normal" thing we see:
When the RELENG_4 branch was created the file was in version 1.x,
when the RELENG_4 version was changed the first time, it was 1.x.2.1,
future changes become 1.x.2.y..
It all makes sense if you bang your head into a wall for a while and
stick your fingers in a toaster. ;->
