You could try the shells/flash port (which hasn't been committed yet), if you are interested in controlling what your users do. YMMV though, as I talked to the flash maintainers and discovered that this version is not really ready for public use (in that the file distributed are not really good "templates"). But they are cleaning it up and maybe if Wes (wes@FreeBSD.org) might commit the port..
