It's very easy and they send you distribution disks that arrived the next 
day.  This is very nice if your customers/clients are running WIndows 
3.1, 3.11, or 95.  If not, you're not at all closer to a solution.

IMHO The newest release of MS Internet Explorer is slicker if a tiny bit 
slower than Netscape's newest, but Netscape provides a consistent look 
and feel across all platforms, something important to those of us who 
setup multi-platform intranets.

Still, it's nice even just to be "allowed" to distribute something 
legally nowadays.
