The largest chip looks like this:
         ___________________

   /\/
   /\/ S9152DF
    DP83902V

___________________

The next largest chip looks like this:
         ____________________

     cabletron
      systems

   02119999
   f21 977
____________________

Also, on the edge of the card, it says:

CABLETRON SYSTEMS, INC PN 9000342-D4 REV E1

Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.
