The message log on my machine is filling up with this error message: Jun 6 11:36:55 raven pulseaudio[6440]: sink-input.c: Failed to create sink input: too many inputs per sink. Jun 6 11:36:58 raven pulseaudio[6440]: sink-input.c: Failed to create sink input: too many inputs per sink. Jun 6 11:59:54 raven pulseaudio[6440]: sink-input.c: Failed to create sink input: too many inputs per sink. Jun 6 12:00:04 raven pulseaudio[6440]: sink-input.c: Failed to create sink input: too many inputs per sink. Jun 6 12:00:04 raven pulseaudio[6440]: sink-input.c: Failed to create sink input: too many inputs per sink. Sometimes only one or two lines are written and at others it is four or five lines.
