Whenever you have problems like this, please feel free to email
bugmeister@FreeBSD.org directly.  I'm the one that maintains the GNATS
spam filters.

In this case, the spamassassin process has died on our mail server.
When this happens, GNATS winds up quarantining all incoming mail.  (We
fail in this mode in order not to fill the database with spam).

So, until I can get this fixed, please don't retransmit any PRs; it
just creates more work to sort through.
