Folks,
*.EUC -> *.euc?? locale renames is MFCed. Fixes for tcsh to understand
new names were MFCed earlier.
Ports folks... Your turn to get ports converted into new scheme.
Actually I think it's better to create compatibility links between
EUC and euc?? names to not to break previous releases.
