By transfer of greater files on a server with FreeBSD 7.0 there are mistakes in independence of a method of work to a network (keque, poll, select) By transfer of the big file (1,4Gb), connection breaks with a mistake " Operation timed out " from a server. The problem is shown on any software which I tried upload a file on a server: http server nginx (from a web form), lighthttpd (from a web form), pureftpd. The channel from a server is considerably loaded ~60-80Mbit\s The Channel to a server is practically free. The problem disappears, if I limit the channel from a server to a limit in 10Mbit. Adjustment of parameters of a kernel, replacement of a network card and pachcornds, switching in other port of the provider have not given result. Losses of packages are, but they are insignificant. netstat -i Name Mtu Network Address Ipkts Ierrs Opkts Oerrs Coll rl0 1500 <Link#1> 00:13:d4:6d:56:ba 5240637 2 8448624 5 0 rl0 1500 212.109.44.0 berloga 5265988 - 8491562 - - rl0 1500 212.109.44.0 gt1.della.ua 713 - 0 - - lo0 16384 <Link#2> 47665 0 47665 0 0 lo0 16384 your-net localhost 4801 - 4801 - - Motherboard: ASUS P4800 VM Processor: Intel P4 Prescott Network adapters: rl and fxp Excuse for my bad English and thanks for the help. >How-To-Repeat: >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
