when i try to compile portupgrade(/usr/ports/sysutils/portupgrade) it
gets to the part about d/l'ing ruby(/usr/ports/lang/ruby) and complains
about either the ruby distinfo file is either misspelled or out of date.
i checked and it's there and is spelled correctly. i have cvsup'ed my
ports tree 4-5 time through out the day so i don't think it's an issue
of me cvsup'ing when the cvsup server was being updated. what can i do?
do i need to contect someone 'offical' about this? thanks

nathan
