(though this is inet6 only now.) I see where you are going now. The syntax of netstat, already complex, is becoming even more complex. More detail in the man page will be necessary soon. Also, the "iflag" variable might have too many uses now. But this can wait, now that the immediate difficulties have been resolved. Stephen.
