Hello, I am planning to buy a PowerBook during the next days. Since I am using FreeBSD for a long time I am interested in the ppc port. My question is in how far I could help with this project. I am aware of the fact that it will take me some time to get familar with the new architecture. However, there might be a need for testers? I have a sound knowledge of C and (Intel) Assembler programming as well as some experience from previous work on RS6k systems. Also, I started to study some of the documentation available from the Motorola sites. Probably somebody could give me a hint to a good book on PPC programming?
