Netware 4.x uses ipx802.2 3.11 and previous uses ipx802.3 unless you
select
ipx802.2 for 3.x server. Ethernet_snap is for localtalk. Most users can
easily turn on Ethernet_II framing on Netware server without hassle on
workstations.
