These changes look OK, but could you in the future please restrict changes to RELENG_2_1_0 (or any branch currently being worked on by the release team) to the release engineers themselves? They need control over whatever the current release tree-in-progress is (not -current itself) or risk having things be broken at release time, which is always a real mess to be in if you're the release engineer! :) Thanks.
