I use fvwm (not fvwm2 or fvwm95). I like my interfaces simple, so I don't
use GoodStuff or IconBox. I've been refining my interface for the last
two-and-a-half years at uni, so my interfaces at uni and home are exactly the
same! (To keep me from confusing myself :) )

I had a look at mlvwm, and it doesn't seem to be complete. There should be
a default rc file in the mlvwm directory. (/usr/X11R6/lib/mlvwm ?)
Just copy it to your home directory and make any modifications you want.
(rc files are usually heavily commented).
