I think this has just been found and fixed by: Seigo Tanimura <tanimura@r.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp>, (CC'd) his fix is at: http://people.FreeBSD.org/~tanimura/patches/procswap.diff.gz please try it! let us know if it fixes your problem.
