On T64 you would be able to get more details. But AFAIK the details on how to get that info from the hardware is considered IP by HPQ. This is most likely a memory problem of some sorts. Or (long shot) dodgy fans in the system. Beast is a CS20 (or am I wrong here?) which is a 1U box.
