Having nothing at all to do with the FreeBSD parts, it's kinda disappointing to have what looks like a *really* superior card (in both price and performance) and know that, because (enter here the name of whoever the Aureal folks are this week) won't release the card specs, it's limited to being nothing more than just another cheapie soundcard. No midi, no 3d effects, nothing snazzy at all. What a waste.
