Log:
Add eclipse-langpack-2.1.1.1, the Eclipse language pack is
distributed as a feature. It contains translations for
German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean,
Portuguese (Brazil), Traditional Chinese and Simplified
Chinese.
