This is certainly not related to the bug you replied to.

That said, your issue _might_ be fixed by the patch series available at

I.e. I am sufficiently curious if this patches from the ufs_needsync branch
make any difference for your setup.  Something similar was reported by Peter
Holm as well, I believe.

If not, I will look at your report after this branch lands.
You would need to follow the 'debugging deadlock' chapter from the
developers handbook to gather required information.  Or provide a reproduct=
ion
recipe to Peter Holm.
