Did break my head about clickable streaming MPEG video, see http://www.uni-bonn.de/~uzs106/ , now I hear that it works with Windoze NT anyway, clicking on the "Download" Button makes the MS Mediaplayer stream, provided, you have enough Bandwidth, anyway.
