Synopsis: ee should be default editor of root

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: schweikh
State-Changed-When: Mon Aug 12 04:47:09 PDT 2002
State-Changed-Why:
Not wanting to start an editor war, but I think the solution for
teaching newbies (if they do not want to learn vi) is to educate them
about the EDITOR variable.

vi has been the default editor for so many programs and so many years
that it would be a POLA violation to change this for a BSD system that's
up and running.
