As I said in the mail to -current and -stable (that you will get in a
few hours :), just look for #define CCD_OFFSET in ccd.c and change it
to 0.

If you really want to do it from your kernel config file, I can add a
"#ifndef CCD_OFFSET" or something so that you don't have to touch the
source.
