Add Gabor Kovesdan (gabor) as a new ports committer. Gabor has been
sending patches for some time and did a Summer of Code project on the
ports infrastructure last summer. Lately, he's been going through
the tree to find abandonded software projects and mark them for
removal from the ports tree. I am very pleased to have him on
board and will also be his mentor.
