This concerns art created by Mr. McKusick. The daemon image at this website doesn't look like anything created by McKusick. I'm not sure whether the images themselves or the likeness of the daemon is what the copyright covers. Maybe someone else can expand on this. The image isn't "ours" as a corporation either. FreeBSD is a project consisting of a team of organized volunteers. If I were imp-computers, I'd personally be more afraid of violating Best Buy(TM)'s trademark. Cheers, Jason
