Actually, this is the bug in lib/libcompat/Makefile.inc. See how it
incorrectly sets LIBCOMPATDIR. This only worked before because
assignment in bsd.own.mk was taking precedence making this a no-op.
I will fix it (and the rest) ASAP and let you know.
