Update to Wine 1.1.23. Among others, this includes the following changes:
- Support for registering MIME types with the host desktop.
- FBO mode is now the default for Direct3D.
- Support for COM proxy delegation.
- Proper fullscreen mode for the virtual desktop.
- Various bug fixes.
