It should be noted that it was NOT Claus that posted "..Next step is to downgrade to linux" it was Lasse - the person who started this topic. Claus came along saying that his 5.2.1 (not -CURRENT) was not having the problems described in this thread. (Most likely because these problems are due to a recent commit.) The make.conf file was from Claus's "stable" system, not Lasse's. It doesn't make his make.conf any more or less right or wrong, but the way you chose to edit and reply makes it look like person having this lockup problem has a make.conf that should be re-evaluated. Just trying to keep it real & honest ;) - Jeremy
