Folks, I get "Can't open file /boot/loader" exactly as described in this message I found from a google search : http://www.geocrawler.com/archives/3/154/1999/11/50/2883365/ Unfortunately the google search came up with only 5 hits, and not a single one of them was a solution to my problem. Can someone tell me why FreeBSD will not boot? It recognizes block 0 of dka0.0.0.9.0 as a valid boot block. Please help. thanks, -Alan To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-alpha" in the body of the message
