Is there an easy way to=20 > find out changes between OSVERSION or is checking archives the easiest? I checked the date that libgmp was removed, and the date that OSVERSION was bumped after it. In fact what I said before was slightly incorrect: the OSVERSION was not bumped immediately upon removal of libgmp, so some versions of 500023 contain libgmp and some do not. To be on the safe side you should choose 500024 (i.e. > 500024) which was bumped a bit later for other reasons (but it doesn't really matter much either way).
