	   i dont know....regarding the tax break for college tuition,
	   i hear that college will raise prices by the amount of the
	   tax break.  if that is true, wouldnt private schools raise 
	   tuition by the amount of the voucher?

I doubt it.  I think that the private high school I attend likely continue
raising tutition by about $500 each year (it's $8000 last time I checked),
but I think that tuition might go down for a few years if vouchers
became available.
