slightly off topic form the original question, but PPTP works rather well
over IPSEc, infact iirc win2k will attempt to setup an IPSEC connection when
you establish a VPN session.  FreeBSD IPSEC +racoon work really nicely (
well other than the wierd issue I am having in 4.4 :<)
