Update the cdboot and man/no-catpages bullet items to indicate that
these features will not be present in FreeBSD 4.5.
Add Sysinstall module loading and ATA code to the list of "Features to
explore carefully"
Link to ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases directory, where release
candidates may be downloaded.
Add a section for "Known issues" and document the missing packages on
RC2
