I currently have a card with 3 serial ports on it. I am trying to
add sio3 on another serial card. All other ports on the second card are
disabled and no device is hooked up to sio3 yet.

With this setup, I get lots of sio overflows on sio2 (a US Robotics 28.8
modem). The only time this didn't happen was when I dialed out without
bothering to startup X. Am I doing something totally stupid. Any
ideas? This is with FreeBSD 2.0

Thanks
Mark
