Avoid it like the plague, even if it s free. I820 is the much vaunted, excessively buggy RAMBUS chipset. A lot of manufacturers were caught out by the discovery of major memory timing and cache reliability problems when more than two RAMBUS slots were filled. Hence a number of the boards that were underway to delivery are now being dumped en masse as they are pretty much scrap and unsaleable - plus. if they are not populated with RB SIMMs, you have about *zero* chance of a) actually getting any, since very few companies are producing RAMBUS cards b) finding anyone willing to sell them as PC133 ramps up even if they had any in the first place c) buying them at prices anywhere below the price of a reasonable family car.
