Have you read the INSTALL file that comes with gnujsp?  I have 0.9.8
installed, and if I remember correctly, the INSTALL file has pretty
clear instructions on how to use jikes instead of the default
builtin-javac by changing the servlet init params.

If you still can't figure it out, let me know and I'll send you some
sample configuration info.
