Dear Sir: Yep, I've thinking that was a irq conflict problem. Coz I have used the Diag.EXE in the driver floppy, it's told me the irq is 11 on my adpater, but irq 11 is used by "pcic0" on my laptop. I had the same problem with a WaveLAN card on my laptop few days ago. You should send the results of your dmesg to the freebsd mobile mailing list as well as your rc.conf, pccard.conf and your kernel files. With those information people should be able to help you.
