Yes; sort of like the statement you can see on www.openbsd.org. It goes
like ".. No major funding or cost-sharing of the project comes from any
compnay or educational institution.... Theo has spent more than $30,000(CDN)
to make OpenBSD run so far ... Please be generous since the project is
typically not in strong financial health..."
