After this import, a Heimdal without Kerberos IV build fails for me.
It seems that this import removed a '#if defined(KASERVER)' conditional
from heimdal/kdc/kaserver.c, which causes the source in kaserver.c to
be compiled. This source has a couple of references to KTEXT and other
(I think) krb4 data structures and functions. Maybe a couple of
#ifdef KRB4 are in order? I don't know, but restoring the KASERVER
conditional fixed my build..

Still, thanks for your work on Heimdal in our tree!

G'luck,
Peter
