Sounds like you have cislab set up as an MX host for asgard. In fact,
I know you do, since I'm looking at the dig output for your domain
presently. You need to speak with whoever maintains DNS for your site
(looks like Bill Zoudamakis, zoom@cc.utah.edu) and ask them to make asgard
it's own primary MX.

POP3 isn't involved. That's only for transferring mail from a temporary
maildrop file to a client mailreader. It's all sendmail and DNS in this
case, I'm 'fraid.
