There is no RELENG_6_0 branch right now. Some time after the source tree is frozen, a branch is created by the Release Engineering team. To get the 6.0-CURRENT sources now, you'd have to update to the HEAD of the source tree: *default release=cvs tag=. Note though that this is still -CURRENT (even so close to the freeze), so the usual care should be applied.
