Modern versions of pkg list the items to be removed last, not first, to reduce
the likelihood of people proceeding (y) without truly realising what's to be
removed.

A general hint: before deciding whether to proceed with an installation, fetch
what's required.

--fetch-only

The value of this option is not widely understood.
