Does it?
I'm on cvs-all (not being a commiter, I'm of course not directly on
-committers ;), but I get mails addressed to -committers in my cvs
folder.
Perhaps some scheme of 'only committers can post to -commiters' (yes, I
know all the problems inherent) should be implemented there?
