No having said that I have seen the problem on 2 different systems with 2 different power supplies. Additionally the power supplies have been fine and not had any other problems AND the other drives that are not the WD Blue don't have this problem that are in the systems. It is possible I suppose and I could swap the power supply but at this point I am going to swap the drive instead with a WD Red.
